Purposes and legal bases
We process the data required to manage your waitlist request, send the double opt-in confirmation and communicate the availability of Primo Rito. The legal basis is taking steps at your request. Analytics and advertising measurement are based on optional consent.
Data we process
Email address, usage occasion, flavour preference, price variant shown, campaign UTM parameters, a random experiment identifier and consent preferences.
Recipients and services
Data may be processed by service providers appointed as processors where required: Supabase for the database, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection. With the relevant consent, we use PostHog EU for analytics and Meta Pixel/CAPI for campaign measurement. We do not send email addresses to PostHog.
Retention
Unconfirmed leads are retained for the time needed to manage confirmation and technical checks. Confirmed leads are retained until the end of the pre-launch or until deletion is requested, subject to legal obligations. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention periods configured with each provider.
Consent and preferences
Consent to analytics and advertising is optional and can be changed at any time through “Manage preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal and does not prevent use of the waitlist.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to privacy@ritodalgeri.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
